departures (2008)
Departures is a video walk especially made to guide you through the terminal building of Leipzig/Halle airport. Four specially adapted luggage trolleys are available and once equipped with headphones, the participant is taken on an audio-visual tour of the building they are in with excursions to other places without ever leaving the confines of the airport.

you, me and everywhere we go (2008)
Was part of Recoded, an exhibition at Peacock Visual Arts and conference at the Centre for Modern Thought, we showed some results of a whole year of tracking ourselves with GPSs. This was in the form of two large prints of Berlin showing the subtle differences and an animation made for us by Andreas Schlegel showing how our paths overlapped and differed during the year

call out wittenberge (2008)
As you walk through Wittenberge, you will see hides (Hochsitze) growing incongruously out of the pavement, offering new views on the town. Once inside, the visitor will not only see the town from a unique perspective, but also see photographs of people in Wittenberge holding signs that inform, annotate or comment on the locations they are in.

Bed Full of Songs (2003 - present)
An invitation to sing with us all the songs we can think of until the duvet is full of titles and the bed is full of songs. A durational piece lasting approximately 5 hours.

walks on water (2007)
We will walk along the river Limmat in Zürich each day during the Stromereien festival with GPSs tracing our movements. Due to the inaccuracy of handheld GPSs, the GPS will record us walking on water. We will only walk when someone is talking to us.

The Last Hour (2003 - present)
Two performers, regulated by a chess clock, take it in turns to say everything they haven't said already as if this was the last hour they had together.

urban voodoo - Liverpool (2006)
Using models of the city of Liverpool and stories collected leading up to the performance, we attempt to affect the city through 'urban voodoo', a practise we hope to take to other cities. Made as part of the Liverpool Live programme during the Liverpool Biennial 2006.

MySpace - yOurSpace - ourSpace (2008)
A participatory project where people are given the opportunity to create a RealSpace (NOT trademarked) as opposed to a MySpace, literally cutting and pasting their way into a network of real users. This project was commissioned by Futuresonic08 for its Social Networking Unplugged theme and the Nuffield Lancaster.

my home is my castle (2006)
Masquerading as a polite English family, we strike out into the villages and towns of Styria in Austria in a castle-shaped caravan. Luring people with the offer of tea and biscuits, we discussed the social role of teatime and what constitutes a personal 'kingdom' in rural Austria.

We set ourselves the task of creating a memory palace in room 107 of the Parkhotel in Krems as part of Ersatzverkehr/Urban Lies - Sphären Versammlung, premiered at the Donau Festival in Krems.

a bicycle made for you (2006)
An intimate journey that takes place on a tandem with video, sound and pedal power. plan b invites the spectator to take the back seat and witness journeys that celebrate the liberation that cycling can give you.

Fortysomething (2007 but still available)
To celebrate the forty-year anniversary of steirischer herbst, we will create a GPS-triggered audio guide that charts, investigates and reveals the events that have taken place on the streets of the city during the festival.
You are still able to experience fortysomething in Graz, any time you like.

The Schwedt project parts I-IV (2006)
The Schwedt Projekt was a means of researching how to experience, investigate, preserve and remember Wohnkomplex 7, an area of Schwedt in Germany. With the wilderness encroaching we want to know what will remain when the buildings and people have disappeared? What memories linger in the half-empty landscape? What can we learn from this place for the future?

How do you keep talking even when you've said everything you thought possible? (2003)
Thinking about the 70,000 hours that the girl and clown from the British television test card have spent together, we put ourselves in the position of two people stranded, not sure if anyone is watching any longer. A four-hour durational piece.

Postcards from the Edge (2005)
An audio tour as part of the Philosophen Weg (philosopher's path) around the mountain in the Palast der Republik in Berlin. Der Berg (the mountain) is the last artistic project before the building is demolished.

Stadtbasteln (2004)
A week-long series of workshops, culminating in a performance as part of the Rollende Road Schau. With a 1:100 scale plan of the wasteland in Wedding, Berlin, we asked people to make what they'd like to have there.
